About AI Business Systems
Who's behind the audit
Cory Copeland's AI Business Systems helps small businesses stay visible where their customers actually look — in Google search and, increasingly, inside AI assistants like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
Most small-business owners don't need another report full of numbers they can't act on. They need to know two things: can people find my site, and can the tools those people use — search engines and AI assistants — actually read and quote it. This audit answers both, in plain language, for free.
The work is deliberately un-flashy: clean structured data, an llms.txt, a reachable sitemap, real titles, and content written out so machines can read it. Boring, verifiable fixes that move the needle — and when they do, we show the receipts.
How we work
We run it on ourselves first
Before putting a score in front of a business, we run the same free audit on our own site and fix what it finds. Our own before/after — 56 to 84 — is public.
Only what we can stand behind
The audit is an on-page and technical read. No made-up keyword-volume or backlink numbers — just what's actually on your site and how search engines and AI assistants read it.
Search and AI, together
Being findable on Google and being quotable inside ChatGPT and Perplexity are two different scorecards. We score both, because buyers increasingly ask AI first.
Proof, not promises
Every improvement is measured against independent evidence — Google's own Lighthouse and CrUX data, verifiable page facts — with an honest note that correlation isn't causation.
